In the past, I’ve helped sellers clean, paint walls, and landscape. I have even borrowed a truck to help a buyer move the day of closing when they didn’t have the means. I’m hands-on for sure and I think past clients remember that and appreciate it.

Buying a home is a big decision and commitment. I have a reputation for seamlessly leading buyers through the home buying process by designing a custom timeline that breaks down each part of the home buying process into manageable and predictable steps. I pride myself on always being reachable to my clients throughout the process and after. Going through the buyer journey creates a long term relationship where we smile and laugh along the way.

Selling

A big important part of selling your home is to sell it for the right price. By providing pricing analysis, marketing and preparing a custom property preparation strategy I will get you the best results for your sale. Once offers are received I will provide experienced offer analysis, negotiations, and escrow and contract management to get to the closing.


Developing/Investing

I have a keen sense of the market and a wide range of off market opportunities to make the market work for you whether it's acquiring a property to flip and sell or one that you will hold onto and rent out for monthly revenue! Both of these processes entail many steps but the most important one is that I will give you options based on the specific property identified to maximize your return.
